Standard Package

- Parent Questionnaire
- Initial assessment (1 hr to complete observations and formal or informal/play based assessment).
- Verbal feedback of the assessment findings and recommendations.
- Written summary of findings and recommendations.
Enhanced Package
£325
- Parent Questionnaire
- Initial assessment plus (2 hrs to complete observations and formal or informal/play based assessment).
- Verbal feedback of the assessment findings and recommendations.
- Written report with assessment findings and recommendations.
Therapy Sessions
£65 per hr
- £65 per hr or buy a block of 5 with a £25 reduction = £300.
Additional Information
When booking an enhanced package, the assessment will most likely be spread over two separate appointments/settings.
Meetings and telephone calls in addition to any package deal will be charged at my hourly rate of £65 per hour with prior agreement.
Assessment can take place in the comfort of your home and/or within the pre-school or school setting.
Terms and conditions of payment
- 40% deposits are taken for package deals. The remainder is due before receiving the verbal and written feedback.
- £20 deposit taken for hourly sessions.
- Free cancellation or rearrangement of appointments up until 48 hours prior to booked appointment. Charges may apply if less than 48 hours’ notice given.
- Free mileage within a 10-mile radius of Silverton, Devon. Charges apply outside of this area by agreement.
